How Do You Find Peace?
This is from a Friday night talk at the Ottawa Buddhist Society. Ajahn Vīradhammo speaks about the practice in general and the value of living a spiritual life. He develops the theme of muditā (gladness) and explores how we can bring joy into our lives. In general we are learning to develop a whole set of skills that ultimately brings us peace and happiness. And learning to be patient, as well as developing awareness and non-grasping are some of the most important skills we can learn to do this.
